The main marketplace featuring VIP lounges, Greenwood Avenue vendors, Renaissance Rooms, Kitchen Island, and Archer Street Youth section.

Our live programming transforms Dreamland into a cultural destination. Musicians, DJs, spoken word artists, and visual artists—we want to hear from you.

Intimate, tiny-desk style performances. 6-10pm monthly. Ticketed audience of engaged Brooklyn creatives. Perfect for emerging and established artists.

Saturday Lounge

DJ sets 5-9pm on the 5th floor. We pay DJs for these slots. Professional sound system, engaged crowd, mobile bar service. Begins March.

Morning Café

Sunday 11am-1pm acoustic/chill sets. Singer-songwriters, jazz trios, neo-soul. Intimate coffee shop vibe. We pay performers.

Renaissance Rooms transform into intimate event spaces for approved experiences.

Renaissance Rooms for Rent

Paint & sip nights. Spoken word gatherings. Private karaoke. Book clubs. Workshops. Whatever your vision, the Renaissance Rooms can host it.

Each room has doors and retractable walls for privacy and versatility. One room designated for karaoke to manage sound. You keep your ticket revenue—we just charge the rental fee.
